SUGA BANDH FALLS

Heading further ahead towards another natural treasure of Jharkhand’s wonder box Suga Bandh Falls. Mesmerizing views of the surroundings fully canvased with forest habitat and chilling clear water attracts its visitors round the year. This unique falls known for its weekend destination who venture here to have the quality time amidst nature.

This falls resides in the Latehar district, and to be very specific a place known as Garu. Just 195kms from Ranchi with nicely paved roads is like cherry on the cake. Biker’s desired solitaire place with naturally crafted landscape, the picturesque place, detaching self from the ultra-modern civilized creatures into the nature’s serenity. Heaven in its own way as this falls gets water from the unnamed river and during the rainy season the water level increases and gushes into numerous streams making the place captivating. The falls is just 80mts and more known as rapids carving it’s way against gravity. The smooth terrain leading to this place is always charismatic and then we land up asking ourselves that why we did not visit this place earlier. This pristine location is enroute Netarhat to Betla cupped with flora wherever you move your eyes and surrounded by elevated mountains. The gushing water since so many decades have carved the rocky barriers of the falls making it more dramatic and it attracts to catch the glimpses repeatedly. Some of these carvings by the water have made small plunge pools to have a natural spa to ail your tired body and reboot your soul. The murmuring sound of the falls soothes and takes to trance.

State highways leading to smaller newly constructed roads nearing the falls gives you a Royal touch. A watchtower near to the falls adds up another value add to this location giving a wide lens view of the area atop. This place is round the year destination having visitors in small and larger groups. Winter vacations are always awaited to cherish and enjoy the lovely climate at this place with bonfires, barbeques, and lots of fun. This sylvain beauty of nature is still in many of the travelers ranging list.
